- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations as assigned
- Process payroll bi-monthly for approximately 250 1099's
- Analyze, process and record cash receipts
- Process accounts payables - ensure proper coding and posting to the GL
- Data entry and filing
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or 1--2 years equivalent experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
