Our dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides provide compassionate in-home support, offering personal care, meaningful companionship, and essential homemaking services that help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
PT/OT/Speech
LHANC Home Health provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to help members regain strength, improve mobility, restore communication skills, and maintain independence, all in the comfort of home.
Respite Care
Respite care plays a vital role in supporting not only older adults, but also the caregivers who dedicate so much of their time and energy to their loved ones. Too often, the primary caregiver is overlooked, even though caregiving can be physically and emotionally demanding. Respite services provide caregivers with a much-needed break, helping reduce stress, prevent burnout, and ensure they can continue providing the best care possible.
