Manny Marrero, CPA has served as a LHANC Board of Director since 1995. Manny serves as President, Secretary and Director at Lima, Rios & Marrero, P.A ., an accounting and business consulting firm.
Lourdes Madariaga Treasurer
Lourdes M. Madariaga, CPAML has served as Treasurer since 2018. She previously served as LHANC's Chief Financial Officer from 1993 - 1995. Lourdes currently serves as Executive Director at Banco Santander International.

Albert Balido has served as a LHANC Board of Director since 2020. He has over three decades of experience in politics, government, and policy analysis and currently serves as President and Senior Advisor at Arrow Group where he contributes towards impactful political strategies and advisory services.

Rafael Iglesias, CPA has served as LHANC's President & CEO. since 2017. He previously served as CFO when he joined the organization 30 years ago.
Rafael Villaverde Founder
Rafael Villaverde was a Cuban-born liberator, U.S. Army veteran, and humanitarian who dedicated his life to service. After surviving the Bay of Pigs and years as a political prisoner, he founded the Little Havana Activities & Nutrition Center in 1972, leaving a lasting legacy of advocacy for the elderly and a free Cuba.
