Free daily meals and activities on-site for qualifying participants aged 60 years old or older. Spouses below 60 years old can attend too! Free transportation is also offered to participants based on geographical proximity.
Physical Therapy
Our licensed physical therapists provide personalized care to help you strengthen your core or recover from injury or surgery. We use evidence-based techniques to help you regain strength, mobility, and function.
Immigration Services
Our USCIS-designated civil surgeon performs mandatory medical examinations for immigration applicants to identify inadmissibility-related health conditions (Class A or B). We review medical history, perform physical/mental exams, check vaccination records, administer required tests (TB, syphilis, gonorrhea), and complete/seal Form I-693 for submission to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Department of Transportation (DOT) Evaluations
Our Primary Care Physician (PCP) can perform a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam as a certified Medical Examiner listed on the FMCSA National Registry. They evaluate a driver’s physical fitness, review health history, and determine certification validity (up to 24 months) based on DOT safety standards.
Community Outreach
We are committed to serving our community. That's why we offer a variety of outreach programs, including health fairs, free monthly food distributions, and educational events. Our patients also receive a free OTC bag monthly.
